
Bridget Armstrong
Bridget Armstrong joined Felician Services in the role of Senior Ministry Advisor in June 2018. Bridget brings 31 years of corporate experience in business leadership and relationship management to her new position. Prior to joining Felician Service, she was at Kantar TNS where she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Bridget’s responsibilities at Kantar included organizational effectiveness assessment, development of communication plans and the implementation of transformation measurement.

Terri Austin
Terri Austin joined Felician Services, Inc., in August 2013 as an Administrative Assistant for the Mission Operations Team. Prior to joining Felician Services, Terri has held various positions throughout her work history as an Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative.
Terri received an AA Degree from Harold Washington College in Chicago, Illinois and she is continually working towards her Bachelor’s degree at Northeastern Illinois University in the field of Education.

Philip Azar
Philip Azar joined Felician Services, Inc. in March 2011 as its General Legal Counsel.
Azar graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in June, 1967. He then graduated with a J.D. degree from Tulane University in 1971, followed by an LLM in Taxation from Washington University, St. Louis.
Azar served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Harlington Wood, Jr. Federal District Judge for the Central Illinois District Court, Springfield IL, for two years between his graduation from Tulane and entrance into the Washington University School of Law. Azar had represented the Felician Sisters, Chicago Province as outside legal counsel from 1978 until 2001.
Azar had been a small business owner and developer prior to joining Felician Services in 2011.

Todd Beadle, EdD
Edward (Todd) Beadle joined Felician Services, Inc. in December 2014 as a Senior Ministry Advisor providing support and oversight for elementary education, childcare, and social services ministries.
Prior to joining Felician Services, Inc., Todd served as President/CEO of St. Joseph Academy/Child Development Center of St. Joseph, a Felician‐Sponsored Ministry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Before joining St. Joseph Academy, Todd served as Principal for Hickman Academy Preparatory School, Director of Managed Care and Education Services for St. Charles Youth & Family Services, Director of Youth and Community Programs for the Social Development Commission, Director of Programs for V.E Carter Development Group, and Director for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, Wisconsin and St. Paul, Minnesota.
Todd earned a BA in Political Science from Jackson State University, MS in Business from Cardinal Stritch University, M.Ed. in Education Administration from National Louis University, and has his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from National Louis University. Todd is a licensed Principal, Director of Student Services, Director of Special Education, and K‐8 Teacher.
SM Barbara Ann Bosch, CSSF
Sister M. Barbara Ann Bosch, CSSF, has served as CEO of Felician Services, Inc., since August 2013. Her relationship with Felician Services is longstanding since she was on the Provincial Council that established Felician Services in 1989.
Before joining Felician Services, SM Barbara Ann served in Rome, Italy, as Minister General of the Congregation of Felician Sisters for six years. Previous to that she was the Provincial Minister of the former Chicago Province for twelve years. Her contributions to the life of the Felician Congregation have included service on numerous Congregational and Provincial commissions, committees, and task forces. SM Barbara Ann was also involved in the establishment of Our Lady of Hope Province in North America.
With her background in education, SM Barbara Ann ministered as a teacher and as an administrator in Felician-staffed schools in Illinois and Minnesota.
SM Barbara Ann received her BA from Mundelein College, Chicago; MA in Theology from St. Francis University, Joliet; M.Ed. in Administration from Loyola University, Chicago. She was awarded two honorary degrees: Doctor of Humanities from Madonna University, Livonia, Michigan, and Doctor of Humane Letters from Felician University, Lodi, New Jersey.

Peggy Doering, SPHR
Peggy Doering joined Felician Services, Inc. in March 2013 as Director of Human Resources. She is responsible for the oversight, direction and planning of all Human Resource programs for Felician Services. She also acts as advisor and consultant to the Felician‐sponsored ministries in North America.
Peggy has over 25 years of experience in Human Resource Management. Throughout Peggy’s career, specific areas of focus have included HR Strategy Formulation and Execution, Corporate Strategic Planning, Legal Compliance, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, Coaching and Mentoring, Performance Management, Corporate Responsibility, Training and Development, and Compensation/Benefits Management.
Peggy has held positions of progressively greater responsibility at Parker Hannifin, Holy Family Health Center, Omron Electronics, Celtic Life Insurance, Illinois Tool Works (ITW), and Woodward, Inc. Immediately prior to joining FSI, Peggy worked as an HR Consultant for UBS.
Peggy holds a BA in Business Administration from Rosary College and an MS in Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago.

Lorena Franch
Lorena Franch joined Felician Services, Inc. in 2016 as Executive Assistant to Andrea White and Senior Project Manager. Prior to joining Felician Services Lorena was a business creator and owner of a children’s play space and party venue in the city of Chicago. Prior to starting her own business Lorena grew through numerous positions over the course of ten years for a rapidly growing and successful infant product and children’s toy manufacturing company. Prior to that, Lorena was a ballet, tap and modern dance instructor.
Lorena is the current President of the Edge brook Glen Association Social Committee. She is a member of the Immaculate Conception school parents club and ladies bowling league. She has also been a committee chair for two years in a row for the Immaculate Conception School Spring Gala fundraiser.
Previously, Lorena served on the St. Wenceslaus Association board for 6 years. Lorena received her BA in Theatre and Dance from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, IL.

Colleen Fulkerson
Colleen Fulkerson joined Felician Services, Inc. in 2013 as a Senior Ministry Advisor and VP of Knowledge Management. Prior to joining Felician Services, Colleen served as the K‐12 Assessment Director for AUSL, a not‐for‐profit Educational Management Organization partnering with Chicago Public Schools.
Before joining AUSL, Colleen served as Curriculum Director for Civitas Schools, a not‐for‐profit Educational Management Organization. Colleen began her career in education as an English teacher and was the Humanities Chair at Good Counsel High School in Chicago, a Felician‐Sponsored ministry. While at Good Counsel, Colleen collaborated on the implementation of the Felician Core Values for Ministry and co‐sponsored retreats for students.
Colleen holds a BA in Secondary Education – English from the University of Illinois at Urbana‐Champaign and an MA in Language, Literacy, and Specialized Instruction from DePaul University.

Ivette Guarin
Ivette Guarin joined Felician Services, Inc., in 2013 as Director of Instructional Design. She is responsible for supporting the knowledge and information management initiatives of the organization.
Prior to joining Felician Services, Ivette served as the eLearning Content Development Assistant for the School of New Learning (SNL) at DePaul University. Before joining SNL, Ivette served as a User Experience Analyst for GfK User Centric Inc. the world’s largest user experience research and design firm. Ivette began her career in education serving as an Instructional Technologist at John Hersey High School, and as a voluntary instructor at TiZmedia Foundation, a not‐for‐ profit Math and Science program for urban students.
Ivette holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University and an MS in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University. She is a graduate of Good Counsel High School, a Felician‐Sponsored ministry.

William Hall, Ph.D., BCC
William E. Hall serves Felician Services as Vice President of Mission Integration and as a Senior Ministry Advisor. In his role, he supports each ministry’s efforts to build a Felician/Franciscan and Catholic culture where the mission and core values infuse all aspects of the organization’s life: from recruitment and retention practices, HR policies, to board, leadership and staff formation. He also sits on several boards as the Sole Member designee of the Felician Sisters of North America.
Since arriving at Felician Services, Bill has been instrumental in helping develop a unified process for Community Benefit reporting and in developing mission resources for our various Felician-sponsored ministries. He has also been integral to the development of the Felician Leadership Institute, a program that invites emerging leaders into an intensive week-long program that explores Felician and Franciscan charism, heritage, and values.
Prior to joining Felician Services, Bill served as the System Director of Mission Integration and Spiritual Care for the Benedictine Health System in Duluth, Minnesota. While there, he inaugurated a strategic plan for mission, implemented enhanced spiritual care initiatives, oversaw the development of ethics committees, and developed a unified approach to community benefit planning. He also was responsible for ongoing formation of senior leaders and staff in the System’s 40‐plus campuses. In addition, he implemented a unified approach to enhanced palliative care services for chronically and terminally ill residents and patients.
Bill’s life experiences include over twenty years with the De La Salle Christian Brothers where he served as a teacher and professor at the secondary and university levels. He also served within the congregation. Bill has been a consultant to a number of non‐profit organizations and to several communities of men and women religious.
Bill holds a Master’s degree in Theology from La Salle University in Philadelphia and a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in PA. He has done additional study at Duquesne, George Washington and Temple Universities.
In addition, he holds certificates in Health Care Administration; Clinical Pastoral Education; Spirituality and Health; and Palliative and End‐of‐life Care. He is also trained as a Malcolm Baldridge Quality Award site evaluator. Finally, he is an active member of numerous professional organizations and has contributed to several publications.
Jeanne Jacobson
Jeanne Jacobson joined Felician Services Inc., in January of 2019 as VP, Ministry Development. Jeanne brings several years of corporate experience in business development, sales, and marketing. Prior to joining Felician Services, Jeanne had her own business providing marketing, business development, and research for other organizations. She spent much of her career in Commercial Interiors working with manufacturers, distributors, corporate end-users, architects, and designers. In Spring of 2020, Jeanne will become a Senior Ministry Advisor for Our Lady of Grace Village while continuing Ministry Development initiatives.
Robb Kirchen
Robb Kirchen joined Felician Services, Inc. in January of 2012 as an IT Network Engineer. Prior to joining Felician Services, Robb was employed by a Technical Services and Consulting firm and provided IT support for over 6 years to Felician Village in Manitowoc, WI, and to St. Joseph Academy and Villa St. Francis in Milwaukee, WI. He continues to support the IT needs at the Milwaukee‐based Ministries today as an employee of Felician Services, Inc.
Robb has over 20 years of experience in the computer industry, with proven skills in Project Management, Network Engineering, and IT Management. He earned his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) in 2001 and currently holds certification as a Microsoft Small Business Specialist.

Janet McGuirk
Janet McGuirk joined Felician Services, Inc. in November 2010 as its Vice President of Finance and effective January 1, 2016, has assumed the position of Executive Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Felician Services in Chicago, Janet was the Vice President of Finance for Villa St. Francis and the Child Development Center of St. Joseph (now St. Joseph Academy).
Janet began her accounting career at the National Fluid Power Association, an industry trade association representing manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, customers, and educators in the fluid power industry where she progressed to director level. From there, her experience led to higher management positions in several non‐profit and for-profit organizations providing her with a wide range of skills in financial and general operational areas.
Janet received her MS in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Wisconsin.
Kim Nosalik
Kim Nosalik joined Felician Services, Inc. in 2018 as a Senior Administrative Assistant. Prior to joining Felician Services, Kim was a well-versed Executive Producer at Foote Cone & Belding advertising agency for 18 years. She has also worked at a major printing company and several small advertising start-ups where she was a jack-of-all-trades performing multiple duties from copy writing, producing print advertising, to making coffee. After 22 years in the advertising industry, Kim decided to take some time to stay home with her family. During her time off, Kim was a substitute teacher at Immaculate Conception School for grades Pre-K to Eighth grade.
With her family in a good place, and a passion to return to work, Kim brings a wide-range of knowledge to Felician Services from her diverse background. Kim is a member of the Immaculate Conception Parents Club and co-chaired the school’s largest fundraiser, The Spring Gala, two years in a row.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, with a minor in Communication, from Columbia College and spent a semester studying abroad. When not working or attending her kids’ sporting events, Kim can be found sewing, painting, or creating something in her at-home art studio.
Mary Lynn Owen
Mary Lynn Owen joined Felician Services, Inc., in 2009 as Senior Project Manager. Prior to joining Felician Services, Mary Lynn worked as a business and information systems consultant. She has progressed in her career at Felician Services, Inc., and is now VP of Special Projects, Senior Ministry Advisor, and Corporate Responsibility Officer.
Mary Lynn was employed as a consultant for Ashton Hayes Group until founding her own company, M. L. Owen Solutions. Over the course of her 20-year career as a consultant, Mary Lynn has managed projects and developed system and process improvements for businesses across several industries, servicing small business owners as well as Fortune 100 companies. She has identified resources necessary to meet current and future business needs, implemented strategic business systems, developed project work plans, timelines and cost estimates and provided training and ongoing support
for her clients.
Mary Lynn began her career as a marketing analyst for Walter E. Heller Financial Corporation and then for The Chicago Tribune, where she later managed a staff of marketing analysts.
Mary Lynn received her BS in Communications from The University of Illinois and her MBA from the University of Michigan.
Maria Parrillo
Maria Parrillo joined Felician Services, Inc., in July 2004 as Staff Accountant. In 2015, Maria moved into her current role as Accounting Manager.
Prior to joining Felician Services, Maria worked for over six years in retail banking for both CIB Bank as a Customer Service Representative and Liberty Bank for Savings starting as a Teller succeeding to Teller Supervisor. In addition, Maria was employed as a Marketing Specialist/Tracking Analyst for Marsh Affinity Group Services. Her primary role was reporting on the performance of promotional mailings – analyzing revenues and expenses of marketing campaigns as well as preparation of annual budget projections.
Maria has also volunteered with the IRS Tax Assistance Program in Chicago, Illinois, preparing income tax returns for families in need.
Maria received her BA in the areas of International Business and Italian and her MBA with a concentration in Accounting from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois and is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and American Institute of CPAs.

Terry Schweizer
Terry brings over 30 years of corporate and ministry experience to Felician Services, Inc. Prior to joining Felician Services, Inc., Terry served as Executive Director of the REVEAL Project where he led a team of professionals in creating the world’s largest database on spiritual growth-consisting of over 2,000 churches and half a million congregants. During his 20-year tenure in the corporate sector, Terry successfully led and managed an office of 35 professionals for the world’s largest custom marketing research firm. Terry joined Felician Services, Inc., in December 2014 as a Senior Ministry Advisor. In January 2018, the Our Lady of Hope Provincial Council affirmed the appointment of Terry as President-successor of Felician Services, and in February 2018, the Felician Services Board formalized the appointment.
Terry resides in St. Charles, Illinois with his wife and has five children.
SM Clarette Stryzewski, CSSF
SM Clarette Stryzewski has been a member of the Felician Sisters Congregation for over 50 years. She joined Felician Services, Inc., in Chicago, Illinois in January 1993, as its President and CEO, while also serving as the President and CEO of St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia, Illinois. Her ministry at St. Mary’s Hospital began in 1983, a position which Sister held until 1995, when she became the full‐time President and CEO of Felician Services, Inc.
Sister Clarette has been engaged in congregational ministries including elementary education, secondary education, clinical social work, hospital administration, and President and CEO of Felician Services, Inc., the Corporate Member of Felician Sisters Our Lady of Hope Provincial Council.
Effective January 1, 2014, Sister Clarette made the decision to relinquish her role as President and CEO of FSI, a position she held for twenty years, to become a part‐time employee, assisting FSI as an Executive Liaison, particularly to the co‐sponsored healthcare ministries in Illinois. SM Clarette presently serves on numerous Boards.

SM Therese Szczepczynski, CSSF
SM Therese Szczepczynski CSSF joined Felician Services, Inc., in August 2011 as an Administrative Assistant.
Sister has taught at the elementary level in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. With an expertise in Special Education and Learning Disabilities, she ministered as a clinician at the Felician College (Montay College) Psychoeducational Center for ten years.
SM Therese worked as Administrative Assistant to the Provincial Leadership Team of the Felician Sisters of Chicago for eighteen years. Prior to her arrival at Felician Services, Inc., Sister offered 18 months of clerical support to the new Provincial Leadership Team of the Our Lady of Hope Province of the North American Felician Sisters.

David J. Ward

For eight years, he taught a MD/MPH course at Tulane University School of Public Health & Tropical Medicine and collaborated on clinical research as an adjunct clinical faculty member of LSU Health Sciences Center.

Jeremy Westrick
Jeremy Westrick joined Felician Services, Inc., in September 2013 and currently serves as Ministry Financial Liaison, a role in which he engages, advises, and supports the leadership of the Felician‐sponsored ministries in matters of finance and strategy. Prior to joining Felician Services, Jeremy worked as a financial and tax consultant in the investment management industry.
Jeremy has over thirteen years of experience in accounting and finance, previously working in public accounting at Deloitte and Touche LLP and as the Director of Tax Advisory and Control for UBS Global Asset Management. In these roles, Jeremy provided numerous consulting and professional services to investment managers, including and involving financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, and efficient structuring of investment fund vehicles, all within the complex landscape of US and international taxation.
Jeremy received his BBA in Accounting and Finance from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, his MS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois‐Champaign, and his Master of Divinity from Garrett Theological Seminary in Evanston, IL. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
