Michelle Moore-Santana joined Felician Services in April 2023, bringing extensive DEI expertise from her tenure at Neumann University, PA, where she progressed from Assistant Professor of Nursing to Chief Diversity Officer. She has developed DEI courses, strategic plans, and led community initiatives including founding Angel’s Rise Mentoring. As Felician Services’ Managing Director of Social Justice, Diversity, Equity, and Belonging, Santana focuses on promoting equity, cultivating a diverse and inclusive culture, and leading the organization’s DEI strategic efforts.

The purpose of the Social Justice, Diversity, Equity and Belonging (SJDEB) Toolkit is to support employees at the Felician Sponsored Ministries. These SJDEB tools are essential to the Mission of the Felician Sisters (“to cooperate with Christ in the spiritual renewal of the world”) and the Felician Core Values for Ministry. Grounded in the Felician Core Values for Ministry,the toolkit includes resources, definitions, templates, and key concepts to assist the ministries in their goals of addressing SJDEB. Felician Services aims to act against racial injustice in all its forms by promoting diversity awareness, education, and practices.
