
Previous Calendar Year’s Ministry Satisfaction Survey (complete by the third Friday of each February)
Annually near the end of January, ministry leaders in various roles will receive an email from Survey Monkey asking them to complete the Ministry Satisfaction Survey which reflects upon the prior Calendar Year (January to December). We have designed the survey so that the survey will take a leader 5-15 minutes to complete.
WHY THIS SURVEY
Each year, Felician Services assesses the services we provide to each of the Felician Sponsored Ministries. In the spirit of TRANSFORMATION, our goal is to learn ways to improve our services as well as to gain insight into how we can be of greater support to ministry leadership. This survey provides us with valuable information about your experience with our services. We provide our findings from this survey to the OLHP Council and the FSI Board of Directors.
HOW WE FIELD THE SURVEY
Felician Services intentionally fields the survey in such a way as to not be anonymous. This affords us the ability to serve the ministries personally by following up on feedback.
Felician Services always asks that ministry leaders place the survey on their priority list and schedule a time to complete it within three weeks of receipt of email which is typically the third Friday of February.
