Felician Sisters Child Care Centers (in Livonia and Pontiac, MI) experienced an annual ritual when Mission Leader Genevieve Pajulio marked the doors with the year 2026 and the initials of the Magi: Caspar, Melchior, Balthazar. It is believed that this provides a blessing to that location. The students at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart High School (Coraopolis, PA) also experienced this when their chaplain marked their doors.

At St. Joseph Academy (Milwaukee, WI), students celebrated Three Kings Day in beautiful Magi-attire. Staff enjoyed a traditional Three Kings cake.

Felician Center, Inc., Celebrates the Nativity and Christmas

SM Susanne Dziediec and SM Johnna Ciezobka, leadership at Felician Center, Inc., (Kingstree, SC) made sure children in the Kingstree community enjoyed Christmas. In early December, local churches, groups, and donors came together to brighten Christmas for international families and children in the community. The Professional Women’s and Seekers Bible study groups, joined by the Christmas Angels of Western New York, adopted families who work locally while supporting loved ones abroad, often leaving little for holiday extras. Churches and schools from South Carolina and Pennsylvania contributed jackets, candy canes, gift cards, and toys, while a longtime Myrtle Beach benefactor provided Christmas outfits and gifts for 20 children. The season concluded with a joyful Christmas party sponsored by Kingstree United Methodist and Williamsburg Presbyterian churches, where children enjoyed stories, a nativity activity, pizza, a visit from Santa, and a gift for each child. All can experience the joy of Christmas through the images of these delighted children.
